Membership Types

Founding Member (Voting Member)

$10,000 annually, for three years; then $3,000 annually, beginning in the fourth year. Shall be a business in real estate development, architecture and engineering, construction and construction related services. Must be certified by the District of Columbia as a local, small disadvantaged business. Membership in this classification shall not constitute more than 25 members of the voting membership. Only Founding Members may serve in elected positions on the WDIC.

General Member (Voting Member)

$3,000 annually. Shall be a business in real estate development, architecture and engineering, construction and construction related services. Must be certified by the District of Columbia as a local, small disadvantaged business.

Strategic Partner (Non-Voting Member)

$10,000 annually. Shall be a business that supports the objectives of the WDIC and wishes to lend support to WDIC through membership.
